We refer to the announcement by TOPGLOV dated 17 September 2021 and our announcement dated 21 September 2021 pertaining to the Special Dividend.
In accordance with Condition 6 of the Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020 the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrants shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Price or Exercise Ratio being changed.
