We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 60,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of CMSB by way of market making. The CMSB-C32 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The CMSB-C32 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 21 October 2020. The CMSB-C32 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 23 October 2020 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 June 2021.
