We wish to announce that the TOPGLOV-C1D expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 Jul 2021 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of TOPGLOV-C1D x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of TOPGLOV-C1D x (RM4.0395 - RM7.00) x (1/8) = Number of TOPGLOV-C1D x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM4.0395 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of TOPGLOV shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised TOPGLOV-C1D will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the TOPGLOV-C1D shall terminate absolutely.
