Cash Settlement Amount = Number of MYEG-C1L x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of MYEG-C1L x (RM1.7081 - RM2.15) x (1/2) = Number of MYEG-C1L x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM1.7081 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MYEG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised MYEG-C1L will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the MYEG-C1L shall terminate absolutely.
