The Company wishes to inform that Norizam Bin Tukiman or known as “Zamsaham” has on the 8th July 2021 posted a video which is defamatory against the Company on the Facebook Social Media Group ZAMSAHAM despite the Company’s notifications to him and his solicitors in writing on 21 June 2021, 23 June 2021 and 28 June 2021 and has also repeatedly published multiple defamatory and libellous posting against the Company on the Facebook Social Media Group ZAMSAHAM.

The defamatory postings have been done maliciously to bring harm, injure and intended to destroy the Company’s business and employments. The Company reiterates the allegations by Norizam Bin Tukiman are untrue, false, malicious, libellous and defamatory against the Company.

Further to the letters stated above, the Company had issued a letter of demand to Norizam Bin Tukiman stating amongst others, to withdraw the malicious postings and to undertake not to repeat defamatory allegations against the Company, failing which, the Company would proceed with the necessary legal actions including seeking injunctive relief and remedy for damages.
