We refer to the announcement made by TOPGLOV dated 9 June 2021 and our announcement dated 10 June 2021 pertaining to the Special Dividend. In accordance with Condition 6 of our Deed Poll, the terms and conditions of TOPGLOV-C1D shall not be adjusted as the adjustments amount to less than 2% of the Exercise Price and Exercise Ratio being changed.
