The Company wishes to inform that Messrs. Sheffie & Partners acting on behalf of Norhayati Binti Tukiman (NBT) had on 01 June 2021 emailed to the Company Secretary the notice pursuant to Sections 137 (Substantial shareholder to notify company of his interest) and 138 (Substantial shareholder to notify company of change in his interest) of the Companies Act 2016 dated 31 May 2021.

The Company is unable to ascertain the date of event NBT had become a substantial shareholder and the shares held by NBT on that date of the event. In addition, the Company is also unable to ascertain the dates that NBT had dealt in the shares of the Company and the amount of shares dealt, the same which must be disclosed to the Company and to be stated in the notice at the date of the event.

As such, the Company vide its solicitors will sent an official letter to NBT on the above.
