Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of EKA wishes to inform that Ecovis Malaysia PLT, the External Auditors of the Company had issued a disclaimer of opinion in the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.
