Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 7 December 2020 and subsequent announcements, the circular to shareholders dated 25 January 2021 in relation to the SCR and the notice to shareholders in relation to the suspension of trading of the ordinary shares in MTD ACPI and the entitlement date for the SCR dated 19 April 2021 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, KAF IB wishes to announce that an office copy of the Order dated 29 March 2021 has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 30 April 2021. Accordingly, the resolution for the SCR as confirmed by the Order will take effect on 30 April 2021 pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act.

The settlement of the SCR Offer Price to the Entitled Shareholders will be effected on 10 May 2021.
