We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 60,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TENCENT by way of market making. The TENCENT-C10 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The TENCENT-C10 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 21 October 2020. The TENCENT-C10 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 23 October 2020. The salient terms of the TENCENT-C10 are set out in the attachment.
