M&A Securities, on behalf of the Board wishes to announce that the existing exercise price of the Warrants of RM0.138 each will be adjusted to RM0.05 pursuant to the Rights Issue of RCPS (“Adjustment”). In accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll, the Adjustment will be effective on 8 February 2021, being the next Market Day following the Entitlement Date.
