We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 28,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of GREATEC by way of market making.

The GREATEC-CB is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The GREATEC-CB is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020. The GREATEC-CB is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 October 2020. The obligations of MCSM under GREATEC-CB are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020.
