We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the MPI Shares.

MPI-CM is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 9 December 2020 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. MPI-CM is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 December 2020 and the Term Sheet dated 5 February 2021.

MPI-CM is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of MPI-CM is set out in the attachment.
