Reference is made to our announcements 28 May 2020 in relation to the offering of 50,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the KOSSAN (“Existing Issue”).
KIBB are pleased to announce the proposed further issue of up to 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the KOSSAN (“Proposed Further Issue”).
The purpose of the Proposed Further Issue is to facilitate the market making process of the Existing Issue. The Proposed Further Issue will form part of the Existing Issue and the terms and conditions of the Proposed Further Issue will be identical with the Existing Issue.
The tentative listing date for the Proposed Further Issue of KOSSAN-C7 is 9 February 2021.
The Proposed Further Issue is subject to all necessary approvals being obtained from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
