With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DIGI, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.    

DIGI-C45 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 3 August 2020 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The DIGI-C45 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 13 August 2020 and the Term Sheet for the DIGI-C45 dated 25 January 2021.

A summary of the principal terms of the DIGI-C45 is set out in Table 1.
