MTD ACPI wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MTD Construction Sdn Bhd, had on 11 January 2021 accepted the Letter of Acceptance from Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia dated 30 December 2020 for the contract in relation to the ‘Menyiapkan Baki Kerja Dan Kerja-Kerja Berkaitan Bagi Projek Pusat Latihan Polis Di Pelangi, Bentong, Pahang’ (“Contract”) at a total contract value of RM33,442,983.90.

The Contract shall be for a duration of 78 weeks commencing on 12 January 2021 and due for completion on 11 July 2022.

The Contract is not expected to contribute any significant financial impact towards the revenue and earnings of MTD ACPI Group during the current financial year as most of the major works will start in the following financial year.

None of the Directors, major shareholders of MTD ACPI and/or persons connected to them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
