Reference is made to the announcements dated 18 September 2020, 12 October 2020,16 October 2020, 11 November 2020, 13 November 2020, 16 November 2020, 8 December 2020 and 22 December 2020 in relation in the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, MIDF Investment wishes to announce that the Second Supplemental Deed to the First Restated Deed has been registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC") on 28 December 2020. As such, the Second Supplemental Deed to the First Restated Deed will be effective from today.
The Second Supplemental Deed to the First Restated Deed will be lodged with the SC within 7 days from the date hereof.
