We refer to the announcements in relation to the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing dated 19 August 2020, 4 September 2020, 14 September 2020, 13 October 2020, 4 November 2020 as well as on 6 November 2020 in relation to the Company’s application for withdrawal of its listing status pursuant to Rules 8.05 and 8.06 of the Listing Requirements (“Application for Withdrawal of Listing”).

The Board of Directors of Polymer Link wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 23 November 2020, resolved to approve the Application for Withdrawal of Listing (“Bursa Decision Letter”).

In this regard, as stipulated in the Bursa Decision Letter, DWA Advisory Sdn Bhd (“DWA Advisory”) is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a letter (“DWA Advisory’s Confirmation Letter”), confirming the following:

(i) That the details of the shareholders of Polymer Link, including their direct and indirect shareholdings (in numbers and percentage) as at 14 July 2020 as disclosed in DWA Advisory’s letter dated 16 July 2020 remain unchanged as at the date of DWA Advisory’s Confirmation Letter; and

(ii) That the requirements of Rule 8.06(1) of the Listing Requirements have been complied with or waived by Bursa Securities, as the case may be.

Further, Polymer Link is required to make an immediate announcement stating the following:

(i) Trading in Polymer Link’s shares will be suspended upon the expiry of five (5) market days from the date of Bursa Securities’ receipt of DWA Advisory’s Confirmation Letter; and

(ii) The effective date of suspension.

In addition, and as stated in Bursa Decision Letter, the delisting of Polymer Link will take place upon Bursa Securities’ receipt of the following documents after trading in Polymer Link’s shares has been suspended:

(i) Confirmation from DWA Advisory that all conditions, including conditions imposed by the relevant authorities which are required to be met prior to the delisting have been met; and

(ii) Confirmation from DWA Advisory that there are no circumstances or facts which have the effect of preventing or prohibiting the delisting including any order, injunction or any other directive issued by any court of law.
