We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 60,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of GEELY by way of market making. The GEELY-C3 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The GEELY-C3 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 21 October 2020. The GEELY-C3 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 23 October 2020. The salient terms of the GEELY-C3 are set out in the attachment.
