Reference is made to our announcements 10 August 2020 in relation to the offering of 40,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over DPHARMA (“Existing Issue”) and 19 October 2020 in relation to the proposed further issue of up to 20,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash-settled call warrants over DPHARMA (“Proposed Further Issue”).
The new tentative listing date for the Proposed Further Issue of DPHARMA-CC is 23 October 2020.
The Proposed Further Issue is subject to all necessary approvals being obtained from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
