ENTITLEMENT DATE FOR THE EXCHANGE OF ALL ORDINARY SHARES IN TOYO INK GROUP BERHAD ("TIGB") ("TIGB SHARES") AND ALL WARRANTS IN TIGB ("TIGB WARRANTS") WITH NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN TOYO VENTURES HOLDINGS BERHAD ("TVHB") AND NEW WARRANTS IN TVHB, VIA A SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT UNDER SECTION 366 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 2016 ON A ONE-FOR-ONE BASIS ("SECURITIES EXCHANGE")

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Offer” as from: 15 Oct 2020
2)  The last date of lodgment : 16 Oct 2020

Remarks :
The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the explanatory statement/circular to shareholders and warrant holders dated 15 June 2020 unless otherwise stated.

This announcement is made by KAF IB on behalf of TIGB. The shareholders and warrant holders of TIGB whose names appears on the Record of Depositors of TIGB at the close of business on Friday, 16 October 2020, shall be entitled to participate in the Securities Exchange.

In order to facilitate the Securities Exchange, the trading of TIGB Shares and TIGB Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 15 October 2020, based on the T+2 settlement cycle. Accordingly, the last day of trading of TIGB Shares and TIGB Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities shall be at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 14 October 2020.

The suspension of trading of TIGB Shares and TIGB Warrants will continue until the admission of TVHB to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing and quotation for the new TVHB Shares and TVHB Warrants to be issued under the Securities Exchange on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

A notice to the shareholders and warrant holders of TIGB in relation to the Entitlement Date for the Securities Exchange will be despatched to the shareholders of TIGB on Friday, 2 October 2020.
