DISPOSAL OF CERTAIN ASSETS OF THE COMPANY

The Company wishes to announce that the liquidator is putting up the following assets for sale.  The assets are located in Taman Perindustrian Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram, Johor. Bid submission deadline is set for 8 October 2020, 4pm.

 

Package A

Assets related to production of corn snacks, dip biscuits and cereal snacks as follows:

  • Land & Building: Currently used as a production plant. Freehold land with a land area of 2,378 square metres. Includes 2 adjoining units of semi-detached factory.
  • Production Facilities: Capacity of 3,300 metric tonnes per annum, with corn snack extruders, wrapping lines, cream dip biscuit wrapping lines and cereal bites production lines.
  • Trademarks

Package B

Land & Building: Currently partially used as a warehouse. Freehold land with a land area of 10,219 square metres. Includes a single storey warehouse, an empty plot of land and other ancillary buildings
