(Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement in relation to the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing dated 19 August 2020 shall apply herein.)

Reference is made to the announcement dated 19 August 2020 in relation to the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing. The Company announced that, on behalf of the Proposers, they are seeking for an exemption from Bursa Securities from the requirement of Exit Offer being offered to the Minority Shareholders by the Proposers, under Rule 8.06(1)(c) of the Listing Requirements.

The Company was also seeking for an exemption from Bursa Securities for the appointment of an Independent Adviser by the Company to advise and make recommendations for the consideration of the shareholders in connection with the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing as well as the fairness and reasonableness of the Exit Offer.

Pursuant thereto, Polymer Link wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 4 September 2020, resolved to approve the application for the waiver from compliance with the requirement to make an Exit Offer and appoint an Independent Adviser pursuant to Rules 8.06(1)(c) and (d) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, respectively, in connection with the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing.
