The Board of Directors of Polymer Link ("Board") wishes to announce that Teoh Lee Tean, Koh Song Heng, Koh Tat Wei, Koh Tat Chuan, Paul James Nugent, Argel Joseph Adarlo and Geeslin Montemayor Adarlo (collectively referred to as the “Promoters” or “Proposers”) had vide a letter dated 19 August 2020 (“Proposal Letter”) requested the Board to consider undertaking voluntary withdrawal of Polymer Link’s listing from the Official List of the LEAP Market pursuant to Rules 8.05 and 8.06 of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements.
With regards to the above, please find attached the announcement on the receipt of the Proposal Letter, for your attention.
The Board will also announce the results of its deliberation and decision on the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing in due course.
