The Company would like to announce that it had commissioned a valuation exercise on its land, building, plant and machinery in December 2019 for asset sale purposes. C H Williams Talhar & Wong Sdn. Bhd. was engaged for this purpose.
The board of directors decided to impair and write off its Property, Plant & Equipment (“PPE”) based on the valuation report. The details of the valuation reports are set out as below:-
