BONUS ISSUE OF 140,089,954 FREE WARRANTS IN N2N CONNECT BERHAD ("N2N") ("WARRANTS") ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 149,469,460 WARRANTS ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 4 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN N2N ("N2N SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF N2N AT 5:00 PM ON 7 JANUARY 2019
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new N2N Share at any time during the exercise period as indicated above ("Exercise Period") at the exercise price of RM0.83, subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dated 19 December 2018. Any Warrants which are not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid and shall be cancelled and treated to have been cancelled forthwith. If the maturity date of the Warrants falls on a non-market day, then it will be deemed to fall on the market day preceding the said non-market day. This announcement is dated 14 January 2019.
