Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 1 September 2026 in relation to the resignation of TGS TW PLT as the External Auditors.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Messrs Kudos SBC PLT having consented to act as the External Auditors of the Company in accordance with Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 via its letter dated 22 October 2026, have been appointed as External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026, to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of TGS TW PLT and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
