The Board of Directors of SCIB wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 October 2026 received a notice in writing dated 9 October 2026 from Messrs. Kreston John & Gan on their resignation as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act, 2016 ("CA 2016"), Messrs. Kreston John & Gan's term of office will be ending after 21 days from 9 October 2026 (ie. on 30 October 2026). The resignation of Messrs. Kreston John & Gan is on a voluntary basis.

Save for the above, the Board of Directors of SCIB wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of SCIB.

Further announcement will be made by the Company in due course once the new auditors is appointed to fill the casual vacancy in accordance with Section 271(2)(b) of the CA 2016.
