The Board of Directors of Sungei Bagan wishes to announce that the Board had on 8 October 2026 recommended the following proposed dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2026 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 68th Annual General Meeting ("68th AGM") of the Company. The said dividends, subject to shareholders approval at the forthcoming 68th AGM, will be made payable on 4 January 2027 to shareholders whose name appears on the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 15 December 2026:-

(a) Proposed Single Tier First and Final Dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share
(b) Proposed Single Tier Bonus Dividend of 11.5 sen per ordinary share
