The Board of Directors of HI Mobility is pleased to announce that HISB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 8 October 2026, received a LOI from APAD in relation to a proposed appointment of HISB as the network operator under the Stage Bus Service Transformation programme in Johor Bahru ("Proposed Appointment") from 1 January 2027 to 31 March 2031, subject to further negotiations and final agreement on the terms of the Proposed Appointment.
