We refer to Zetrix AI Berhad's ("Zetrix" or the "Company") announcement dated 5 October 2026 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

 

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with the following additional information for public release:

 

1. Date and time the Company received the notice from the Road Transport Department ("RTD").

 

2. Details of the RTD services which have been suspended.

 

3. Reason for the suspension.

 

4. Circumstances leading to the suspension.

 

5. The Company represented that the RTD services will be temporarily suspended with effect from 5 October 2026. In this respect, what is the duration of the suspension?

 

6. The business, operational and financial impact on Zetrix Group arising from the suspension.

 

7. The impact on the contract with RTD arising from the suspension.

 

8. Steps taken and to be taken in respect of the suspension.
