The Board of Directors of WRB wishes to announce that West River Engineering Sdn Bhd ("WRE"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 5 October 2026 accepted a Letter of Award ("LOA") awarded by Al-Ambia Sdn. Bhd. ("Al-Ambia" or "Main Contractor") for the appointment of WRE as Sub-Contractor for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and extra low voltage, telephone services, security works and solar panel system for the proposed development on parcel metrohub 3 (i8A), E-metro Logistic Park, Bandar Bukit Raja 2, Selangor for a total sub-contract sum of RM17,500,000.00.
