Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 14 April 2026, 16 April 2026, 19 May 2026, 28 May 2026, 10 July 2026 and 21 August 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that, during the case management held on 2 October 2026, the High Court fixed the substantive judicial review proceedings and the inter partes stay application to be heard together on 24 June 2027.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments.
