Reference is made to the Company's first announcement dated 29 January 2021 and subsequent announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Bursa Securities") ("Listing Requirements").

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Landmarks, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 2 October 2026 decided to reject the application dated 15 July 2026 for an extension of time for the Company to submit a regularisation plan, as the Company has not demonstrated to the satisfaction of Bursa Securities any material development towards the finalisation and submission of the regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.

The Company will make further announcements on any decision to appeal in due course.
