Reference is made to our earlier announcements dated 22 July 2026 and 27 August 2026 in relation to SHAH ALAM SESSIONS COURT SUIT NO: BA-A53KP-5-06/2026 ("Announcements").
Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the aforesaid Announcements.
The Board of Topvision wishes to announce that pursuant to the case management held on the 29 September 2026, the court directed, inter alia, the following:
a. the 1st Defendant to file and serve the Amended List of Witnesses by 17 December 2026;
b. the Plaintiff to file and serve the Additional Bundle of Documents by 17 December 2026;
c. parties to file and exchange their respective Expert Reports by 17 December 2026; and
d. unless order applies to all the above directions.
The next case management has been fixed on 17 December 2026.
The Company will make the necessary announcement in relation to the above matter as and when appropriate.
