The Board of Directors of TXCD ("Board") wishes to announce that Ageson Kensetsu Sdn Bhd ("Ageson Kensetsu" or "Contractor"), the indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 2 October 2026 received and accepted a letter of award for structure ("LOA") from Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd ("VRSB"), to construct and complete of the structure works for one block of 62 levels of Sovo Commercial Development located at Seksyen 44, Kuala Lumpur ("Sub-Contract Works").
