Ms Chan Su-Yin, FCIS (CS) (CGP), is a Fellow Chartered Governance Professional with more than 20 years of experience in corporate governance, company secretarial practice and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Ranhill Utilities Berhad, she held several positions at BP Healthcare Group, including Group Company Secretary, Head of Human Resources Department and Head of Licensing Department. Before joining BP Healthcare Group, she served as Assistant Vice President, Corporate Secretarial, at Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad, which was then wholly owned by the Minister of Finance (Incorporated).
