Mr Lee Weng Hoong has over 30 years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial management, business operations, corporate finance and regulatory compliance across various industries.
He began his career in auditing in 1994 and subsequently held various senior finance and management positions, including Finance Manager, Director of Finance and Deputy General Manager, Group Finance.
Prior to joining Southern Acids (M) Berhad in July 2020, he served as Deputy General Manager, Group Finance of Warisan TC Holdings Berhad from February 2015 to July 2020. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing the Group's financial operations, financial reporting, treasury management and regulatory compliance. He also served as Business Unit Head of one of its subsidiaries, overseeing its overall business operations and financial management.
Since joining Southern Acids (M) Berhad in July 2020, he has been responsible for overseeing the Group's financial management, financial reporting, treasury functions, internal controls and regulatory compliance. |
