Reference is made to the disclosure in the Company's prospectus dated 7 October 2025 and the Company's announcement dated 26 June 2026 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into by IAB Group with Origin Tech Limited on 4 July 2025 to explore the deployment, evaluation and potential commercial integration of earth observation enabled technologies.

The Board of Directors of IAB wishes to inform that the MOU, which was for a term of one (1) year, had expired on 3 July 2026. The Company did not pursue an extension or renewal of the MOU, nor did it enter into a definitive agreement with Origin Tech Limited in respect of the subject matter of the MOU.
