The Closing Price of RM2.6686 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of KPJ shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than KPJ-C35's Exercise Price of RM3.50, holders of KPJ-C35 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised KPJ-C35 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of KPJ-C35 shall terminate absolutely.
