All defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 29 September 2026 issued by NWE Resources Group Berhad.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 29 September 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 9 October 2026.

In the event there is any change to the indicative timetable above, we will advertise the notice of the changes in a widely circulated daily English and Bahasa Malaysia newspaper in Malaysia and announce it on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website accordingly.
