Distribution of up to 9,000,000 ordinary shares in Mi Material Holding Pte. Ltd. (to be renamed Mi Material Holding Limited) ("Mi Material") ("Distribution Shares") to the entitled shareholders of Mi Technovation Berhad ("MiTB" or the "Company") ("Entitled MiTB Shareholders") by way of dividend-in-specie, on the basis of 1 Distribution Share for every 100 existing ordinary shares held in MiTB (excluding treasury shares) as at 5:00 p.m. on 12 October 2026 ("Distribution")

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend" as from: 09 Oct 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 12 Oct 2026
Remarks :
The Distribution Shares will be distributed to the Entitled MiTB Shareholders at no cost to them, with no payment or consideration required. Fractional entitlements, if any, will be disregarded and/or dealt with by the Board in such manner or on such terms as they may deem fit and expedient and in the best interest of the Company.
Entitled MiTB Shareholders are required to hold any one of the following accounts for the crediting and/or transfer of the Distribution Shares:
(1) Direct CDP Accounts: Entitled MiTB Shareholders are required to have valid and subsisting direct securities account maintained with Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP Accounts"); or
(2) DA Sub-Accounts of Nominated Brokers: Entitled MiTB Shareholders are required to have designated depository agent sub-accounts ("DA Sub-Accounts") of its nominated brokers in Malaysia ("Nominated
Brokers") with cross border transfer capabilities for shares listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST").
Please note that to receive the Distribution Shares in the DA Sub-Account, you must instruct your Nominated Broker to accept the inward crediting of your entitlement to the Distribution Shares into their DA Sub-Account and/or other instructions set out in the notice of entitlement. Failure to provide timely instructions to your Nominated Broker may result in a delay in the crediting and/or transfer of the Distribution Shares into the DA Sub-Account. The Distribution Shares will be credited and/or transferred into the direct CDP Accounts or DA Sub-Accounts of the Nominated Brokers of the Entitled MiTB Shareholders on or prior to the date of listing of Mi Material on the SGX-ST ("Listing Date"). In the event you are unable to open a direct CDP Account or a DA Sub-Account with your Nominated Broker in time to receive your entitlement to the Distribution Shares, your Distribution Shares will automatically be credited and/or transferred into the DA Sub-Account to be opened by PB Trustee Services Berhad ("Custodian") ("Share Custodian Account"). The Share Custodian Account shall remain in existence for 3 years from the day immediately following the Listing Date or until all Distribution Shares held under the Share Custodian Account have been fully transferred to Entitled MiTB Shareholders, whichever is earlier ("Expiry Date"). Upon the Expiry Date, any remaining unclaimed or untransferred Distribution Shares will be sold by the Custodian on the open market within 1 month from the following day after the Expiry Date, without further notice to the affected Entitled MiTB Shareholders. MiTB will retain the net proceeds from the sale of the Distribution Shares for 2 years before transferring to the Register of Unclaimed Monies. During the 2-year retention period, Entitled MiTB Shareholders can claim their net proceeds from MiTB, in accordance with the instructions and procedures to be published on MiTB's website in due course.
