The Board of Directors ("Board") of the Company wishes to announce that Mr. Chong Tzu Khen ("Mr. Chong"), the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wullersdorf Resources Sdn. Bhd. ("WRSB"), was charged at the Sessions Court, Kota Kinabalu on 28 September 2026 on three counts under Section 17(b) of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009, involving a total sum of RM18,000 over the period from April 2024 to October 2025. Mr. Chong pleaded not guilty to all three charges, claimed trial and was granted bail.

No charge has been brought against the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

Mr. Chong has voluntarily taken administrative leave from his executive and management duties in the Company and WRSB with effect from 28 September 2026 until further notice, pending the outcome of the proceedings. The temporary administrative leave is an interim measure and does not represent any determination by the Board in respect of the charges.

The operations of WRSB will continue under its existing senior management team.

The Board does not expect the matter to have any material impact on the operations or financial performance of the Group.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments in relation to the matter.
