DISPOSAL ENTAILING THE REPOSSESSION OF GUH CIRCUIT INDUSTRY (SUZHOU) CO., LTD'S STATE-OWNED LAND USE RIGHTS IN THE SUZHOU HIGH-TECH ZONE, THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, BY THE SUZHOU GOVERNMENT FOR APPROXIMATELY CNY195.0 MILLION ("DISPOSAL")
The exchange rate of CNY1.00 to RM0.6083, based on the middle rate quoted by Bank Negara Malaysia as at 12.00 p.m. on 28 September 2026 (the latest practicable date prior hereto), is used throughout this announcement. The exchange rates applied to the respective tranches were as previously disclosed in the Company's earlier announcements.
Unless otherwise stated or redefined herein, all abbreviations and definitions used shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Company's announcements in relation to the Disposal and the Circular to Shareholders dated 25 April 2025 in relation to the Disposal.
Reference is also made to the Company's announcements dated 30 June 2020, 28 September 2020, 6 October 2020, 22 October 2020, 31 May 2021, 1 June 2021, 13 February 2025, 8 July 2025, 9 July 2025, 11 July 2025, 26 September 2025, 19 December 2025, 29 December 2025, 30 March 2026, 31 March 2026 and 24 April 2026.
The Board of Directors of GUH Holdings Berhad ("GUH" or the "Company") wishes to announce that SHZ Management Office has paid the final compensation sum of CNY39,001,225.80 (approximately RM23,724,445.65) to GUH Suzhou, being the 4th and final tranche of compensation pursuant to the Disposal.
Accordingly, GUH Suzhou has received the full compensation amount of CNY195,006,129.00 in relation to the Disposal.

With the receipt of the fourth and final tranche of compensation from SHZ Management Office, the full compensation amount in respect of the Disposal has been received by GUH Suzhou. Accordingly the Disposal is deemed completed.
