Reference is made to the announcements dated 3 October 2023, 21 December 2023, 1 April 2024, 4 April 2024, 25 April 2024, 5 August 2024, 19 March 2025 and 1 July 2026.

 

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the aforementioned announcements.

 

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Cuscapi wishes to inform that, parties had attended the Trial for Suit 542 before the Learned High Court Judge, Tuan Roslan bin Mat Nor on 21 September 2026 and 22 September 2026. The High Court had fixed the Decision for Suit 542 on 21 December 2026 at 9.00 am.
