The Board of Directors of Powerwell Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 10 September 2026 ("EGM") was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the EGM held today. The resolution was voted by poll and the results were validated by Sharepolls Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
