Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 18 September 2026 in relation to the resignation of Morison LC PLT as the Auditors of the Company and its subsidiary companies ("Group").

The Board of Directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Company has, on 24 September 2026, received the consent to act as External Auditors of the Company from Messrs. Folks DFK & Co PLT ("Folks DFK") pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 vide its letter dated 24 September 2026.

Accordingly, Messrs. Folks DFK & Co PLT is appointed as the External Auditors of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026, and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
