We refer to the announcements dated 21 August 2026, 24 August 2026, 28 August 2026, 11 September 2026 and 23 September 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Private Placement has been completed on 24 September 2026 following the listing of 4,850,000 Placement Shares (being the first and final tranche of the Placement Shares) on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 24 September 2026.

The Company wishes to inform that a total of 4,850,000 PRB Shares were issued under the Private Placement and the Company has raised total gross proceeds of RM4,074,000 from the Private Placement.
