TRANSFER OF THE LISTING AND QUOTATION OF THE ENTIRE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY FROM THE ACE MARKET TO THE MAIN MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") ("TRANSFER")

We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Transfer. Unless otherwise defined, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 25 March 2026, 30 March 2026, 28 August 2026 and 14 September 2026.

 

On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 23 September 2026, approved the transfer of Northern Solar's entire issued share capital from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the "Energy" sector.

 

The Transfer will take effect immediately two (2) clear market days after the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
