The Board of Directors of Destini is pleased to announce that M Rail Technics Sdn. Bhd. ("Railtec"), a 70%-owned subsidiary of Destini, had on 23 September 2026, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Siemens Mobility Sdn. Bhd. ("Siemens Mobility") to explore strategic cooperation opportunities and establishing the Railtec-Siemens Mobility Collaboration for Building a Reliability Control Centre (RCC) for Data-Driven Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Project ("Project").
